BOOKING & PAYMENT TERMS
All booking request with Safari Big 5 have to be made in writing by email and advance of 50% deposit is required. The balance has to be paid at least 30 days prior to your arrival.
MONEY TRANSFERS
All transfers will cost some bank charges fee which has to be paid / cleared by client.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Reservations that are cancelled shorten in duration of overnights or days are subject to Cancellation and No Show fees if cancelled within 60 days of the arrival date:
- 60 days to 30 days prior to arrival: 30%
- 29 days to 02 days prior to arrival: 65%
- Within 48hrs: 100%

ITINERARY REROUTE
SAFARI BIG 5, may reroute clients safari itinerary due to room and camping spots availability. If this happens, we shall inform our clients in advance.
OUR TOURS EXCLUDES
All Beverages whilst Mountain Trekking, Safari or at the Lodges/Hotels.
BAGGAGE
Baggage and personal effects are at owner's risk throughout the Safari/Trekking and baggage insurance for members is strongly recommended).
LIABILITY
SAFARI BIG 5 acts as an agent and will not be responsible for any change in itinerary by client, service provider or third party, any delays such as flights schedule and timings, accident, injury, loss, damage, any mishap or death occurring to any client. Therefore we strongly recommend all clients wishing to book any adventure be it, mountain climbing or wildlife safari with Safari Big 5 should have full insurance against all risks during the travelling period and including baggage, complete medical and travel insurance.
OUR RATES EXCLUDES ALL SUPPLEMENTARY CHARGES DURING EASTER/XMAS AND NEW YEARS HOLIDAYS. KINDLY CHECK THIS PART DURING YOUR BOOKING WITH SAFARI BIG 5.
PRICES
Our prices are subject to change without prior notice or should there be any changes beyond our control.
FORCE / MAJEURE
SAFARI BIG 5 shall not accept any liability or pay any compensation due to delays or lack of performance affected by 'force majeure'.
Force Majeure means any act which is beyond the control of the firm where all due care was taken but the act could not have been avoided or foreseen. Such act includes: war, threat, riot, civil disturbances, terrorist act, industrial dispute, natural disaster, adverse weather conditions, fire and all other similar acts outside the firms control.
INSURANCE
You are strongly recommended to take out adequate Insurance against all risks.
These Include: Travel / Medical / Life / Baggage / Emergency Evacuation.
LAW
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Tanzania. |
